There is a Chevrolet car dealer in Dibrugarh which goes by the name PASHUPATI TRADERS. Today I went there to change mudflaps . The people over there took my payment for mudflaps but did not change it. They tried to CHEAT me but failed. My advice : NEVER EVER BUY A CAR FROM PASHUPATI TRADERS. They say sweet things before buying but aftersales is very very poor
