Do you know what is the best quality of KHARKHUA? It is utter INHUMANITY. Hundreds dead, thousands missing in Uttarakhand flash floods and Khars are not showing any remorse. Kharkhuas are busy comparing Assam flood with Uttarakhand flood. God Bless Kharkhuas
