During Bihu, Vikramjit Kakati and myself tried to contact Rupam Konwar several times. We even went to his place and clicked pictures for photographic evidence. But Rupam Konwar did not MEET us. When Megha Kashyap came to Dibrugarh , he asked me himself when we are meeting so that he will also come. Rupam has time for VVIP but no time for poor people like me and Vikramjit . He is in Guwahati but so far not expressed any desire to meet Vikramjit da
