I am sorry this but this is a fact. There are some places in Assam. People of these places behave very meekly when they visit other districts but when they are in their homelands they become tigers. They call Bandhs, burn cars, beat people for fun. Somebody tell these people if they do gundagardi in their places then its they who will lose in the end.
