I hope and I am hoping like mad that my fellow Bosconian and Dibrugarhiite Justice Ranjan Gogoi will give a historic judgement on NRC update in Assam. At 10.30am today the 8th of May,2013 he and Justice Srivastava will be in final stages of the NRC case filed by Assam Public Works
