One kick to all the Kharkhuas who are attacking Dr.Manmohan Singh. No PM has released funds for Assam as much as Dr.Singh. Its due to inefficiency of our own kharkhuas that funds go back unutilised.Only NRHM is efficient in this matter. What more do you want from the PM , my dear kharkhuas?
