ROHINGYA MUSLIMS Probably you have not heard of them.They are native of Rakhine state of Myanmar. In 2012, they underwent massive ethnic cleansing in the hands of Buddhists.Bangladesh offered them asylum after mounting international pressure.They were settled in coastal areas of Cox's Bazaar. As Cyclone Mahasen makes landfall, these refugee camps of Rohingyas are the first to bear the brunt. NSUI has taken disciplinary action against three Office Bearers of Mumbai NSUI unit for misbehaving with some senior members of the organization; thereby breach of organizational code of conduct. Mr.Suraj Thakur, President Mumbai NSUI; Mr.Hitendra Gandhi, National Delegate and Mr.Vicky Vhatkar, State General Secretary have been suspended from their organizational positions for a temporary period. The decision will be further reviewed after a month. NSUI dismisses all the news reports of the alleged ‘nude party’ at an organizational function. There was no such incident at any of the organizational functions in Mumbai and there is absolutely no basis to these reports

Last month, Vikramjit Kakati and I went to Singpho Dhaba to have a feast on pork.We paid around Rs 1500 and we had the worst pork ever. Last saturday, again Vikramda and I went to eat pork.This time in Kitchen Bar and Restaurant near Newslive Building, in the heart of Guwahati. I had the best pork ever.And it cost us just Rs 550. I highly recommend that place for those who love their pork.
