There are many reasons why Kharkhuas are such COWARDS. First came the Moamoria Rebellion. Then came the MAAN ( Burmese) Then came the British After that came Indian Army to crush post agitation insurgency. All these factors impacted the psyche of Kharkhuas over centuries and thus they lost all self confidence and stuck with the bowl of khaar
