Dr. Himanta Biswa Sarma revolutionised healthcare, generated so much employment, TET teachers, sent doctors to villages and yet the ungrateful people did not care to give a misscall to a number and vote him as most influential Assamese. Very very ungrateful people these Kharkhuas are.
