While in Assam , the kharkhuas made a mess of Bihu. I must agree that the best Bihu this time around was seen in Gurgaon.Most of the organisers and participants had a good time there and plus dinner was served. I would like to applaud Mridul Bhuyan , the President of Gurgaon Assam Association
