From this year onwards I have decided to wish all the senior people i know. I have also decided not to wish any person junior to me.I will only respond to their wish. So if I have not wished you Bihu, it is because you are younger to me in age.' And if you have not wished me that means your parents did not teach you bare minimum courtesy.
