Whenever he comes to know that an Assamese cancer patient is undergoing treatment in Mumbai, he will meet that patient and give all possible help.It does not matter whether he knows the patient or not. When Bhupen Hazarika was in Mumbai, he performed all the duties of a son. Was like a shadow to him in his final moments. Being a true gentleman, he never brags about what good work he is doing. Hence, I am overstepping and praising him without his knowledge on his birthday. It makes me proud to wish my fellow Bosconian and a great man DDevasish Sharmaon his birthday
