William Windsor was a lance corporaral in British Army till 2009. In 2006, he was demoted to fuselier for his misbehaviour in Queen's Parade. British Press came down heavily on Army for demoting William Windsor and finally he was restored to his post with full honours. Ask me, why so much brouhaha for a lance corporal.
