1991, Paltan Bazar bombings , hundreds died. The perpetrators signed peace treaty and are now rulers of BTC. 2008, October 30 serial blasts , the perpetrators are actively considering entry into politics. Indian judiciary did not take a strong step to give justice to the victims. Its a depressing day, October 30
