LOCAL KUNGFU is an honest effort in Assamese cinema. Shot by a DSLR camera on a shoestring budget, the movie remains one step behind groundbreaking cinema. 1. Editing and camera had vast scope. I would have called it pathbreaking but then GAANDU , directed by Q remains the best 2. The heroine was totally neglected and the social message was not required. However, the movie showcases some of the best martial arts in Indian cinema and the young boy Bonny Deori who plays Bozo has given blinder of a performance
