A vast majority of Indians go hungry, get malnourished. When the malnourishment figures come everybody guns for the government. Now India has Food Security Bill, an attempt to say goodbye to hunger in India. Before you criticise it, think of the poor. Growth in industry did not benefit them. IT growth did not make them rich.
