Congratulations to Narendra Modi for being named BJP Campaign Committee Chief. In 1999, Modi came to Dibrugarh for election work.He travelled by Green Valley night super.In Dibrugarh, he stayed at Hotel Maurya. He held a meeting at under construction building in HS Road.Hardly 14 people were there. At afternoon, he went to Tinsukia by bus from Phoolbagan. Narendra Modi was then Gen Secy of BJP. I am no Modi fan. But I must give it to him for his frugality
